This hospital is a property of the Church of North India.The hospital is now a Registered Society and is registered under the Society Registration Act 1860.
Local management is by the “Management Committee, Christian Hospital, Berhampur” which is under the Eastern Regional Board of Health Services Society (ERBHSS). The ERBHSS is under the Synodical Board of Health Services (SBHS) of the Church of North India CNI.
The hospital is registered as a Clinical Establishment with the Govt. of Odisha with Regd. No. 24/07.
